How Airport Delivery Works
It’s simple, and we’ve done it hundreds of times. You send us your flight number and arrival terminal before you fly. When you land, our driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name board. The car is parked right outside — detailed, fuelled, and inspected. You do a joint walk-around, we take condition photos together, the deposit is confirmed in writing, and you drive off. From wheels-down to driver’s seat is usually 30–45 minutes, most of it immigration.
DXB connects straight onto the E11/Sheikh Zayed Road, so wherever you’re staying — Marina, Palm, Downtown — you’re 15–25 minutes from the arrivals kerb.
Terminals We Serve
- Terminal 3 — Emirates and flydubai arrivals. Our most common pickup point.
- Terminal 1 — international carriers. Meet inside the arrivals hall.
- Flight delays? Send the flight number and we track it — the car waits, no extra charge for late arrivals.
- Returning the car: we collect from the departures kerb at your terminal. Same ten-minute inspection, deposit released after.
What Tourists Need to Rent
- Age 25+ with a valid driving licence.
- Passport + home-country licence + International Driving Permit (IDP) — the IDP is required for most nationalities in the UAE, so arrange it before you fly.
- Deposit: refundable, amount confirmed in writing before you book — released after the return inspection.
- Luggage: travelling heavy? The Urus swallows four suitcases; the Huracan and Aventador fit one cabin bag plus a soft holdall each. Tell us and we’ll recommend the right car.
