Policy for Car Rental Lamborghini Dubai is the renter. He rents cars by the terms and conditions below. The landlord signs them and agrees to all terms and conditions.
The hiring party guarantees that:
Renter agrees to check the Car’s condition by checking the oil, fire, and tire pressures and notifying the owner of any electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic problems.
Any maintenance signal on the screen must be reported to the owner. The renter must pay all damages caused by improper driver use, including administrative fees for failure to report the defect.
Driver must have a valid driving license for at least one year. Must be 21 years old or older. Only good drivers will be allowed to drive the Supercar Dubai.
They must have an International, G.C.C., or authorized country license per U.A.E. rules.
The Car must not be used for off-road driving or mechanical sports, rallying, towing, or any other activity that could damage it. Any problems with the Car, including any management expenses, are the tenant’s duty.
The vehicle cannot be used to transport illegal substances (alcohol, drug, etc.). The Car will not be used for transporting illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) or passengers for hire.
The renter will be responsible for all damages to the lessor, including the vehicle’s total value, fines, claims of passengers, and income loss.
If you are not covered by insurance coverage, there is no protection.
The landlord may not consent to the renter/driver subleasing the vehicle during the rental period.
At the time of the accident, the renter/driver was under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
An unauthorized driver is driving the vehicle. Refer to clause (i).
The renter must pay for all damage to the Car, third-party charges, and passengers. All expenses incurred are subject to an administration fee by the owner.
Renters must adhere to all traffic rules. They will also be responsible for paying any penalties or administrative fees resulting from violations.
The rental car cannot be taken beyond the borders of the United Arab Emirates. The renter may request that the vehicle is taken to the other side.
This must be requested in writing at least one week before the date. The lessor will confirm in writing whether the renter requests that the vehicle be taken to another side of the water, and they reserve all rights.
If there is an agreement between the tenants, the tenant might be required to pay an extra cost to the lessor for particular insurance coverage.
